The lady at the front desk gave us the wrong room. After searching and checking back with the desk 3 times we were given a new room. Could have been avoided if she wasn't on a personal call while checking people in. Room was not very clean. Stains on the floor and the shower head was falling off

Nice on the surface, but the second morning of a two night stay highlighted that the lack of hot water wasn't a one time fluke. And then there were the ANTS in the room that we noticed the morning of our departure. I let the front desk know upon check out. Her response was "oh, were there like a lot?" I'm wondering if there's a permissible amount of ants in a 2nd floor room?? I responded, well yes, and certainly enough where I felt grossed out and worried that they would crawl into my coffee that was on the counter. The front desk person merely responded with an "I'll call an exterminator." Her response was underwhelming. I would not stay here again if given the choice.

Had came from a vacation for a week , I had a blast when I got checked in very easy and simple, I do appreciate the hospitality from the staff especially edwardo, he gave me a bag with cookies and water which was nice, the room and pool was a nice plus since it was clean and I had a late night workout with my wife and I, I ended up seeing the same staff and he helped me to find the gym room

Eduardo was very helpful and got me a luggage cart. He also made accommodations since there was a small incident but no issue since it was fixed right away. The breakfast was decent for a hotel, the room was clean, good amenities. I will definitely be coming back.

$200 for one night coffee ran out no breakfast by 8:00 a.m. people weren't bringing any more food or coffee out. nobody really seemed to care. Too busy texting on their phones rather than doing their job. Bathroom was not clean, mold in the grout / tiles. We had enough and left, went next door to dunkin' donuts for breakfast.
